Jason Noordam
Professional BMX Racer
Jason Noordam is one of the Netherlands’ most exciting BMX talents, and 2025 has been a turning point for him. After suffering a serious injury in 2024—a crash at Papendal that left him with a broken collarbone and torn shoulder blade—Jason moved to Aigle, Switzerland, to train with Olympic champion Twan van Gendt. This decision proved crucial, as his comeback has been nothing short of remarkable.
This year, Jason has dominated the U23 circuit with multiple World Cup victories, including back-to-back wins in Stuttgart and Sarrians, along with an impressive performance at Papendal, where he thrilled the home crowd with a flawless lap. His crowning moment came at the 2025 UEC European Championships, where he earned the U23 Men’s title, solidifying his position as one of Europe’s best riders.
Jason’s racing style is marked by explosive starts, precise cornering, and a calm focus that contrasts with his nickname—“The Cricket.” He’s known for staying composed under pressure and delivering his best when it matters most. Off the track, he’s a quiet and determined figure, driven by a strong belief in his potential and relentless dedication to improvement.
